Is peace of mind possible ?
What is peace of mind?
We can define peace of mind as a state of mind, where there is no any single kind of worry, where peace reigns.
Revelation 12:12 ''Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short."(NIV)
The scripture tells us that since satan has come to this world, he took away peace. But, there is still hope for those who are in Christ! That's what we gonna see in this article.
In this article, we will relate some realities and see some good decisions you can take and change your life completely from a worring life to a happily life.
Yes, everything is possible but rememember, for believers!
The peace of mind is possible even though the devil and his fallen angels are all around!
So how can we experience the peace of mind on this cursed earth?
Genesis 3:17, tells us that ''To Adam he said, "Because you listened to your wife and ate fruit from the tree about which I commanded you, 'You must not eat from it,' "Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat food from it all the days of your life.'' (NIV)
Normally by ourselves, it's not possible. There are a lot of things that make us lose peace! Friends may betray us, we lose the loved ones, some family members that are very sick, hunger, wars and so on. But There is a kind of anestesia for those who are in Christ. They go through all of those things, but they keep their peace of mind intact. What's their secret?
God knows the end from the beginning, He knew that satan will cause His people to sin even before the creation of Adam, and He planned to save the man once that will happen.
Isaiah 46:10 ''I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, 'My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.'' (NIV)
Our God is very organized and everything happens for a reason. Every person you meet, it's not by accident. What we need to do is to search Him , to be close to Him, to love Him with all our heart so that we can know His plan to our lives, otherwise the devil is a liar.
In John 8:44 ''You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.'' (NIV)
There is no any other big secret for those who choose to have peace of mind. The only scret is to receive Jesus as your Lord and savior. That's the first step to make , other steps He will guide you Himself through His Holy Spirit. The work is His and He takes care of every step we make. We take one step and He takes 99 towards us!
The devil tries to show us that it is very difficult and not possible. Because our God is holy, and He want us to be holy. But to be holy is a process and when you take the first step to accept Jesus, don't worry about the next steps, He will guide you and take care of everything your need in your journey of holiness. Just do the first step willingly, tell him the truth from your heart, open up your heart to Him, show Him your wickness, never lie to Him because He created us and He can read the truth from our minds.
Remember that He is a loving father and He will make you meet the right persons and/or teachings at the right time. I repeat it the work is His. Stop worrying!
Can I do something to have peace of mind?
Yes you can, allow Jesus to enter into your life and you will see things changing and those who were making lose your peace, will no more control your life. Just surrender everything to Him.
Sometimes people try to give themselves peace, but from my past experiences of life, I'm telling you the truth, it's impossible!
You will try hard and that makes you lose your peace! Not only that, because finaly, you will find out that you don't have peace at all.
In this world, there are invisible and visible things! By visible things, we have persons, houses and so on, but there are things like air, wireless, wind, emotions that are invisible to our naked eyes. When you analyse those different types of things very well, you find out that those invisible ones are more valuable than those that are visible. So God is invisible and man visible!
There are spiritual creations which are against us and fight against us, and we don't see them. When we allow God to enter and rule over our life, He fights them for us! We may not even notice something has happen, so our peace is intact.
Imagine lying down either on your bed and around you there is a great war between the devil and the angels of Almighty!
The devil want to kill you and angels are protecting you!
See yourself sitting down, read your bible and angels of God are fighting for you, what a blessing!
By accepting Jesus and benefiting all of these blessings, there is no any single price to pay and you are very well protected! So why not taking this good decision?

So I wanna begin by definning happiness, I think few or many times, you've been happy in your life, you had feelings and then feel yourself happy, and may be you have even said it out loudly. If yes, there is no any sin in doing so!
So can You try to describe how you felt ? Let me tell you me how I do feel when I'm happy. First of all, I want it to last, I have a sensation of belonging to somewhere else, a kind of another planet. I mostly smile or laugh. I talk good things to people around, wish them good, wish them to feel the same way like me. But the most good thing, I see God through that. I thank Him for the gift of life and that gift of happiness on this cursed earth, where there is no peace! That's how my happiness is!
So imagine that, for just one single worry, all of these are erased as if they have never existed!
Can you understand how it is very important to do not worry and live happily!
Surrender everything to Him, remember He loves you and I tell you the truth, you want regret it. Whatever you need, He will provide it to you with love. These things really work, don't doubt, just try and engage yourself with your all heart. You will notice a very big difference in your life!
